I'll give the writer the benefit of the doubt and assume they were picking up some old transmission from Earth...until 2008 and they come up with something stupid. |

I think Keg might be on to something with an earlier prediction, specifically the one about the light ships from the old series.

Although, christ, I never thought I'd see earth on this show. The end blew my mind. And for Kara to show up and just say "hi lee" roflmao. |
On first viewing, I'd say that was 45 minutes of "bleh" and 5 minutes of "hey, this is trippy".
That may be the first finale let-down I've had on this show. Although thinking about it, Roslin sharing the dream, this could really get interesting next year. |

I'm not as thrilled with "I've secretly been a Cylon for 60 years." |
That was so weak... as disappointing as I'd feared it would be.

They kept showing that shot of the nebula, and the points of light in it. Think those are the light ships? Galactica's draedus(sp?) was showing a "massive Cylon fleet", but on the cutaway shot, I only saw four Base Ships (although that might not mean anything). Could the rest be the Light Ships? |

Hopefully I'm just not in denial and giving the writers too much credit.... |
