Correct. Plus, after he made that comment about not playing RT his social media stopped immediately. So he showed he listened when he was told to knock it off, I'm assuming by his agent.

I think after Reid and Dorsey went thru the tapes and evaluated the team/contracts and especially after they pulled the trigger on the Smith trade this was in their plans with Albert for awhile, if not plan B.

Even though, you did say the other day if, Albert would take what Long did he would be a Chief.

This is a tough pill to swallow. But if they dont feel comfortable giving him a large contract with his age and back issue, then so be it. I'm going to support this new regime til they prove me wrong. We'll see.

When you don't hold the #1 pick you look for who you like best that might be available. With the top pick you take the best one.

It's not like Albert couldn't play this year and sign long term next year like Bowe did. Or play this year and trade him next year, while giving Stephenson a year more to learn.

Reid has been known to take care of his players. Albert just play this year and you will get paid.
