JFC that's what I keep saying. Cassel is the better qb.

What was it about that you posted a serious thread and people responded to you in kind?

Why not keep that as your normal approach to this board?

I almost feel sorry for Tebow. Jets fans and media are totally ruthless. He will be hammered bad there.

Hammered by coming in on the 1 and running it in? Not likely. It's an ESPN wet dream.

I've thought about how this might work and obviously the circus atmosphere is going to be interesting and painful for Jets' fans. But, maybe this isn't so bad for Tebow.

I said often last season and then repeated this recently, prior to the PM talk, that if Denver was going to build around Tebow - he would need strong pass catching options at RB and TE, in addition to strong WRs.

In NY - they have those types of weapons. Now, I haven't reviewed the FA items with NY this season, but I'm assuming Keller is still there. Green is a good RB with nice receiving capabilities. The WRs - barring any changes are good as well.

So, there's no doubt that Sanchez is going to struggle at various moments & the Jets are going to design some packages specifically for Tebow. I hope that he's able to take advantage of the opportunity.

The stadium creates issues with the wind, so that's not good for any QB, much less one that is still working to improve in that area. However, if the focus is a short passing game with RBs, TEs and WRs taking 10-15 yard passes and focusing on YAC... it could work.

Tebow offers a lot of option for them... hopefully they'll devote the time to help him develop in areas where he lacks, but there's no denying that his drive, enthusiasm and leadership will be great for the team.

I don't know how Sanchez is viewed in the locker room, but I would imagine that Tebow from day one would garner more respect from the players as a leader - so it will be interesting to see how this develops.

I wish him nothing but the best and I hope he proves all the doubters wrong... including myself. I have lots of concerns with him, but I won't say he can't overcome the challenges and be a success.

Every team wants to win, but this has to be the first time one has actually sacrificed a virgin to get there....

Now that he is out of Denver I hope he becomes all world.

Can't wait to hear the rumbles in the locker room as soon as that first pass toward Holmes dives in the dirt.

The Jets are in for an epic collapse and I will be there to watch the whole thing burn.

Orton between the 20s & Tebow in the redzone should have been a nice marriage in Denver

Maybe it works in NY...

NY has nice pass catching RBs and a strong TE - this is good for Tebow's game, and Denver didn't have either last year.
