Too soon.

(And actually one of the few one liners that made me cringe.)

That was a horrible one liner that was used one too many times.

I would rather have full body acupuncture while simultaneously enduring jelqing from an entire African tribe than sit through another Joss Whedon directed Avengers shitfest.

Oh waaa waaa waaa. We weren't getting a better Avengers film than that.

Seriously? Ya, ok.

Dane was one of the guys who didnt like the original Avengers if i remember right?

I will say that Whedon is a far better writer than a director.

Finally got down to see it. And I pretty much thought this...

Saw it yesterday. Really enjoyed. No significant complaints. I think it's a minor miracle we're seeing a comic universe put on film like this.

This is a huge deal. Even with all it's flaws, it is an amazing feat.

I really liked almost all of it. I haven't seen Blacklist, so I can't talk on Spader, but if they would have distorted his voice a little more throughout like they did on the initial robot, it would have been a lot more menacing.

The Vision thing was a little WTF for me. I don't follow the comics and knew nothing about him. Like I don't know how he flies, whether his mind is Jarvis or the stone, there was a lot of that part that was confusing.

Did

If so, that's a short, underdeveloped lifecycle. I thought I saw him at the end, but wife disagreed.

I liked the Banner, Widow bit, especially in the context of her past that was revealed. When

added a lot to the movie IMO.

To your first spoiler: Yes. Mostly because the rights to the X-Men still lie with Fox. Hopefully they'll get something worked out.

Caught it last night, a few random thoughts...

The Hulk - Ironman throwdown was ****ing epic.

The semi trailer flying through the air was silly as shit.

The final battle was epic, 3D is the only way to watch this.

Ultron was a letdown, too many snarky one liners... I expect an all powerful AI being to be much more cold and evil, let Tony Stark tell the jokes.

You realize the trailer was being flown by robots right?

Ultron is part of Stark, so it's reasonable he would act that way.

But I do agree Ultron was a weak, boring villian for the most part.

I do, it just looked so damn silly though.

Fair point about him being a part of Stark, but yes... he was kind of a boring villain.

The battle of the Ultron Army and the Avengers was pure eye porn. That is the closest I've ever seen a comic book depicted in live action. That scene alone made the movie.
