We drafted Jones last year anticipating this scenario of letting Poe walk, we'll be fine on the line. We'll receive a 3rd round comp pick for 2018 when Poe gets his next big contract (I'm assuming we are not bringing in a big name free agent).

I can't think of a time where a holdout ever benefitted the player. If anything it usually ends up with the player losing money and even their roster spot when they do come back after a holdout.
