My wife is terrible at remembering any details so chances are she will just think he is dead and not realize that there are a lot of different things that could happen to him instead of death.

You've got to clue her in on that subtle Cowboys vs. Giants reference, though. That's too good to let her miss it.

Yes you have to applaud Martin working in the loss of a bet into the book so artfully.

Yeah. I think that I'd already been exposed to Jon's stabbing as well as the various theories that he's not really dead or that he'll be raised from the dead. So, the emotional impact on me was pretty minimal in comparison to Ned's death or the Red Wedding.

Wonder if they will end a season with half man off the boat in the water drowning and fade to black?

Finished season 1 last night after a five hour marathon, starting season two tonight... yep, I'm hooked, it sucks you in.

Cant wait to see that little shit Joffrey get his, which I do believe happened this season.

You should really stay away from the internet for all things GOT until you catch up - especially this thread. Just a warning.

So are we thinking lady stark gets reanimated in the show or are they going to skip that. Because from what i read it said she was dumped in a river after she got killed and the show creator says shes gone.

If they do it, I can it happening in episode 10 as a season cliffhanger. I'll go ahead and assume Tywin will be the seasons' episode 9.

I'm going to wait and see this year but for now I'll assume Stoneheart's in until it's obvious she's not. There's no reason not to, she's key in Brienne's continued story and there's no reason for them to spoil her return. It could conceivably be one of the most talked about moments in the series if they do it, especially if it's to end the season, and it's something they'd want to keep under wraps as much as possible so there's no way any producer's going to let it slip early. They would have to change it up a bit since it's been more than 3 days but it makes sense dramatically as far as the season structure to wait.
