I know you've seen people in Halo3 MP as "bobbyjoe" and "bobbyjoe(1)" -- that's it. |
Ok Guru..here's how it works on Halo 3.
Go into matchmaking from the main menu. When you're in the Lobby, and the button says join, tap A and it will say NOT SIGNED IN and will ask you if you want to launch the XBox Guide to sign in a gamer profile, select yes and scroll to the very bottom where it says Guest - XBox Live. Then it will sign you in on the first controller as Guru, and on the second controller as Guru(1). Most every shooter, sans COD4 has a guest sign-in option and on Halo 3 you can have like 3 guests for your one Gold Membership. |

October 14, 2008 - According to a Tokyo Game Show report from Japanese investment research firm Morningstar, Metal Gear Solid 4 may find its way to the Xbox 360 after all. Morningstar published a general article covering multiplatform trends that features a quote from a Konami public relations representative that should fuel rumors for months to come. The rep is quoted as saying, regarding MGS4, "We're actively looking into a release for the Xbox 360." While this isn't a confirmation of it coming, it does lend hope to those Xbox 360 owners who haven't plunked down money on a PS3.
However, this little quote doesn't clear the major hurdle Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima has listed for the title coming to Xbox 360. He has been quoted in several interviews saying a port was likely impossible due to the game being optimized for the PS3 hardware, specifically Blu-ray discs. IGN has contacted Konami's US representatives for a comment and is awaiting a response. The original Morningstar report can be found here. |

Saints Row 2 is a really nice follow-up, even in the wake of GTAIV. It's way more polished than the original, it offers a metric ****ton of customization and fun side missions, and the driving, while not as grounded or amazing as GTA's, is still nice once you switch the controls to acceleration with the shoulder buttons (it's 2008; I refuse to drive with face buttons). The style bonuses are really cool, too, since you get respect boosts from things like head shots or driving in the wrong lane.
The most enjoyable aspect of the game, though, by far? THROWING PEOPLE! Or just holding on to them and executing them. That's great, too. Also, about the voice acting:
Spoiler!
