If you want to drive that fast fine, but please do it where there is no one else around so you won't hurt anyone but yourself.

If you are in that much of a hurry...wake up earlier.

Thank you,

Damaticous and family.

This this is the dumbest arguement ever. No offense.

BUt i hate the whole "its not a matter of if...but when". You can say the same about driving in a car.

Believe me I take the precautions and I know what I am doing. So some of you need to lay the F off.

Dont hate cause you are too fat to ride or cant afford one.

By the way, the chicks that love it live near Georgia Tech campus. They love bikes down here haha. I am originally from the midwest and chicks loved it up there but the south takes the cake. They cant get enough of my bike.

Do you have even a basic understanding of physics? Are there air bags on motorcycles? Seat belts? Are you surrounded by an energy-absorbing cage of metal?

I am actually well aware of my surroundings unlike some riders.

That was the one knock on the vacation we took out there last year (Yosemite/Tahoe area) - the drivers were just awful. Proactively rude. Deliberately difficult. Good luck trying to merge, ever. Perhaps one driver in 20 would let you in. It's like they would anticipate my changing lanes and deliberately speed up/slow down. I've driven in Boston, New York, Philadelphia and Chicago, and all points in between, and I've never seen anything like it.

Next time I go out there, I'm renting an Abrams.

You classify going 100+ mph on a motorcycle as "defensive"?

Was it dark, BTW?

And, considering that you were pulled over, it seems clear that you aren't as aware of your surroundings as you thought.

"Alert" huh? So you are alert enough to tell whether the chick on the cellphone is going to pull into a left hand turn as you enter an intersection? Alert enough to see a roofing nail at 100mph?

I assume you've taken a motorcycle safety course?

It has nothing to do with it. It has to do with the fact that some guys on this board like me have wives and children they love. When some yahoo says that a "pig" busted them for going 100 mph on city streets it makes them realize how endangered the family is. No, most families aren't out at 2am, but some moms and dads that work the night shift could be out on the road and easily get into a wreck with someone doing 100mph. that is why there are speed limits. The "pig" you mentioned might be the first one there when you do have a wreck, your inability to recognize that shows immaturity. If it weren't for a "pig", I might have died in a hit and run with a drunk. If you are that good and that adrenaline pumped, then join the racing circuit or the circus. But, by all means, let the rest of us have safe roads to drive on.

Yea it's pretty bad. The Chinese will ****ing kill you here. Far and away the most deadly drivers on the road. The San Mateo highlands had a chinese driver go to hit his brakes and he accidentally hit his gas ran over a boat load of kids awhile back. These guys seem like they are never charged either.

Pussy? Ok there chief. Its called mature, responsible, and accountable for my actions. Do I like beer? You bet, sometimes way to many. Do I drive after? Not a chance, I have too much fun in life hunting, golfing, fishing, and otherwise just being a smartass father and husband. It takes a real man to take responsability and be accountable for his actions pal. Any idiot can go 100mph on a bike and get pulled over. Any idiot can drive drunk. I take the drunk driving personally, cause some "pussy" was driving drunk and ran off the road and hit me while I was running. So you douchebag are obviously the pussy. What have you ever done in your life to constitute being a real man? Go get drunk one last time and drive off the paseo bridge or something. Quit breathin my air loser.

I drove drunk alot. Fast as hell, too. But I never wore it as a badge of honor. It's something kids do because they're stupid, thoughtless and irresponsible. Mostly you grow out of it. Unless you die or are just a complete fucking loser. Hopefully if you do die you won't take anybody else with you.

There is certainly a great deal of hypocrasy going on in this thread. But you're just flat out being a dick, too.

So far, we have 5 posters willing to commit vehicular homicide on sight. Could be worse, I suppose. The Giant Toads could already be as far north as Oklahoma.

Probably many have. And if said posters had gotten pulled over then they would have realized that they were the dipshit instead of blaming the police for simply doing their job. Sure, I did a lot of stupid stuff in my youth. Don't think I ever was stupid enough to drive like a maniac after drinking, though.

Man the other clown can at least play the part! You on the other hand have no game. It must be a drag to suck at being a troll LMAO

Drive as fast as you like, just do the rest of us 2 favors:

1. Don't crash into anyone else.
2. If you feel like you are losing it, aim for the guardrail. I hate it when traffic backs up because of a body on the road. Don't inconvenience others.

Iowanian 06-24-2008 02:22 PM

I hope someone gets the video and puts it on youtube when you hit a box turtle going that fast.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand your question.

I hope when you get too full of Boone's farm and wind the sub-compact up to 3 digits, its only a bridge post you hit.

Were they rather large black women?

1. I don't need a motorcycle, never did. Married 12 years with 3 kids.
2. My kids need their dad around a lot more than dad needs to get back on a motorcycle.
3. Yes, I've driven drunk, but I haven't ever since the hit and run against that dumbass riding the motorcycle going over 100 mph without a helmet. I learned my lesson.
4. When you see God, tell him I'm sorry.

Iowanian 06-24-2008 02:36 PM

I talked to a guy who drove into a swarm of yellow jackets, and was wearing loose shorts. He said he thought he had 20-30 stings on his taters and purple Pirate/area.
