Whoah! Hold the phone, Chuck! Rain Man knows his drugs!

I have a new found respect for you sir. You may want to throw in some Ciprofloxacin, however. Just to be on the safe side.

That won't stop people from using it as a political football. It's like control demolitions of buildings that got hit by planes.

The loons are out in full force as expected

Sassy Squatch 03-26-2024 06:21 PM

God damn, those are some mighty considerate terrorists. Wait until the bridge would be at its least busy then call a warning in about a half hour before impact just to try and mitigate some more.

Yeah a head on collision. Didn't even try to go left or right to avoid the collision.

That bridge is the only way to bypass Baltimore if you are traveling north or south.

Not entirely true. It is a loop. You can go West instead of East on the loop to bypass Baltimore, but it will heavily increase traffic on an already-strained, construction-laden I-95 with only half of a loop to bypass.

These experts generally think the major bridges in CA would come out ok. Also that fenders would help a lot.

I think there are many cruise ships that use that port too. They are ****ed.

That would suck to have an upcoming cruise and the ship can't leave Baltimore Port.

Lot of money passengers have given the Big 3 cruise companies.

In 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours it can be in Norfolk

Does it take a god damn pig farmer to suggest they have a backup power supply connected to the friggin steering wheel!

That's effective to a point. But you can have 15 redundant systems if there's no power there's no power. The NTSB report will be the thing to understand.

I heard there was a Mothman sighting just before this happened
