It's not unthinkable that Boss, or other members have legitimate contacts.
I know some players and former players. Some people know people who work for the team, or learn things from media. There are a handful of posters on this site over the years that have had quite a bit of good information before it was out. |

That's with going off what I saw in games and meshing that with the combine results and info available on the internet...not factoring in all the face to face interviews, medical reports, in person scouting, talking to former coaches, friends and family, and all the other resources these teams have at their disposal to do their research. It was more a comment about the lacking quality of a great deal of front offices than the quality of the posters here, obviously. |
