Here's what a SVD looks like with an iClear 30B attached:

Well that link didn't work in the IMG tag, so here's a glamor shot of an SVD with a high end tank:

The fascinating complexity of these things makes me want to take up smoking again...

It's actually pretty cool. Just messing with them gives you something to do with your hands, which is very good for ex smokers.

I got my first rebuildable atomizer today. It's a cheapie IGO-W, but it's pretty amazing to vape with.

I can change flavors with it every 10 hits or so, but it's not really travel friendly, so I'll keep using the tanks for work.

Hah, I am nowhere near ready to get that deep into it. I'm looking for convenience. As long as it keeps me off smoking I'm good.

Thinking about the Vamo V5, anyone?

Buck 03-24-2014 09:51 PM

Solid. If you don't care about waiting 2 weeks, or buying something from a Chinese Wholesale company, this is the best deal you'll get on it.

This is the tank I use. Kanger MT3S. Simple, easy to clean, and doesn't use those long wicks which I find to be a royal pain in the ass.

Yep those things are solid too. I have about 8 of them.

I like the look of it. I haven't really settled on a tank. I have been using the iClear 16 because I'm used to it. I'll be getting a couple of 30's in the mail shortly as part of a deal. I'd like to try a bottom coil tank, does it flood? I've heard that the Kangers flood unless you rebuild the coil.

I had the iClear30S but recently switched to the Kanger Aerotank I couldn't be happier

Oh shoot. I remember why I didn't get one even though the price is the same as the iClear from Innokin:

Tips:
  • The metal tube in the center of this Clearomizer leads from the mouthpiece to the battery end. Avoid getting liquid in this tube when filling the Clearomizer.
  • When unfastening the base (atomizer head) to refill the Clearomizer, the seals are temporarily broken and liquid will leak from the mouthpiece or escape into the center tube. Always wrap a cloth or piece of tissue around the mouthpiece when unfastening the base of the Clearomizer.
  • Gurgling noise or leaks: This is a sign that liquid has found its way into the metal tube in the center of the Clearomizer (and usually occurs after a refill). Ridding the center tube of liquid will resolve the issue. To do so without emptying the tank, remove the Clearomizer from the battery, wrap a cloth or tissue around the battery end of the Clearomizer and blow through the mouthpiece.
  • It is normal to find a small amount of liquid in the battery contact area when removing the Clearomizer or any atomizer. We recommend cleaning the battery before charging it.
  • When possible, keep the tank full and never below 1/3 full of eLiquid ("topped off"). This helps maintain the "vacuum" in the tank and prevent leaks.
  • Atomizer heads have an average lifespan between 10 to 20 days. When the atomizer head wears down, it may begin to leak. Replace the atomizer head with a new one if available.
It just sounded like a lot more hassle and I am already used to the hassles I am dealing with, lol. Is it actually smoother in use than that tip list suggests?

Nobody is getting flooding issues on their Kangers?

LOL

How many flavors do you rotate through? I have the one tank with the one flavor and that is it. A big draw to switching to vape was how much cheaper than cigs. For me... it would defeat the purpose to buy a bunch of flavors and tanks.

Thanks, but I want the full kit, found them for around $53.00 plus shipping.
