Pizza is like sex. Even when it's not very good, I still have a boner.
....wait |
coal brick oven style - Grimaldi's
NY Style - Ray's on Prince Street Sicilian - L&B Spumoni Gardens If anyone visits NY, I wouldn't go to Grimaldi's or Lombardi's for a NY style. They are among the best I've ever had but it's different from the giant, foldable slice. A lot of people will make the coal oven slices a fork and knife job, especially if you are eating at the restaurant. |
Giordanos is Chicago by far. Second would be Waldo Pizza

Best Pizza on Earth. (That I've had of course, and I've had it in 10 states, and 3 continents, oops 4 had it in Tokyo too...and yep, in Italy) It's on another level. |

Not around anymore, but the best was a Gutbuster slice from Garcias in Rantoul or Champaign-Urbana.

Don't believe they are around anymore but there was this pizza place in overland park called Leos then they changed there name to Georges and now I think they are gone,
Imos is smialer but they used this provel cheese that was out of this world. |

Provel cheese is the nastiest thing you will ever put in your mouth. It's velveta and provolone. And it was developed in st loser as if there could be a larger reason to hate it.

I miss Kelso's in KC. Is it still around? I love their pizza. The thin crust had a hint of beer in it. That shit was good.
In Atlanta, Fellini's is #1. |
