Not really. He had a fish platter. Far different.

I enjoy a grilled chicken burrito from Taco John's. Their soft shell chicken tacos are also quite tasty. Quality of food far surpasses Taco Bell, (which isn't saying much).

I'll admit, I do eat at Taco John's once in a while...

For breakfast. They make a pretty good breakfast burrito.

the menu musty be printed in both languages

and they have to call a kid from the back to translate your order

Pretty much most of this, especially the 'bertos if it's late night. I can habla enough to order my own. Mexican coke in the bottle or beers at the drive through are the finishing touch. Pretty much the only fast food I'll eat these days...

I could see you smoking a joint while going through the drive through.

I have actually attended the feast at taco johns establishment. This thread was an inspiration to visit. I am pleased to concur with the pro taco johns sentiment and would recommend this to others who are looking for a tex mex fix. Taco John's shits on Taco Bell, so much so that I am shocked they are not more locations to choose from. Blue Springs is quite a haul and Olathe is out there also.

Taco Johns is win. Comparing them to places like el fogon is unfair because they are two entirely different things.
