Probably, yes.

So I don't think that's someone we should depend on.

If he works out, great, all the better. But we better approach the position like he's not even on the team...

They won't. He was a 3rd round pick.

broke dicks

Sanders Commings could recover by the mid/end point of this year and contribute. It's not just healing, you need to get back into game shape and the speed of the game after a redshirt NFL season.

Kelce may never play again and if he does miss considerable time...

Yeah, I wasn't even considering Commings' injury when I posted that.

25% actually might be closer to right.

Yup, they're going to give him at least this year to show something.:hmmm:

I'll bet they give him longer than that.

Unless his knee is bent the other way he'll have till the end of his contract.

The front office obviously thinks so. Let's ride with those guys, see who we draft, and shut your whore ****ing mouth.

They will both dominate and be all pros.

So far Kelce's shown he cant catch. Dude looked like he was fighting everything thrown his way in last year's preseason games. Maybe it was because he was thinking too much, as often is the case with rookies. But damn, he looked bad and put on a clinic on how NOT to make an NFL team. :shake:

I wouldn't count on him for anything, especially coming off microsurgery. That's a tricky deal.

Good analysis of preseason games.

Better than him evaluating Kelce's tub time...

Did you see his performance differently? Dude would have been cut, based on his preseason games performance, had he not been a draft pick.

chiefzilla1501 04-04-2014 05:46 PM

Worst case scenario, we overpay Fasano one more year. At safety worst case scenario, Abdullah wins the job. I wasn't excited by what I saw from Kelce. I'm interested to see what commings can do. Dude looks pretty fast. Good news is, if he stops one pass play this year, he will already have improved us at free safety.

Dunerdr 04-04-2014 06:12 PM

Neither of these guys have tall orders to fill to out produce what we have/had. If Kielce comes back with his speed and is able to generate power with his legs he's our top tight end. Fasano wasn't exactly money.

I watched him play in college. He's not a game breaker.
