Imagine if Romo had the defense that Alex has relied on for the last six seasons just one time in Dallas. I bet his win totals would have skyrocketed.

Yeah, what with that adamantium spine and amazing mobility of his.

Good, Phil Simms is a dolt.

Love me some Simms. This kills me how some guys spend 4 years to get a communications degree for broadcasting only to be replaced by some dumb jock.

At least we'll be able to understand his ebonics.

Spott 04-04-2017 12:04 PM

Honestly glad Denver didn't get him.

MahiMike 04-04-2017 12:05 PM

Remember how awful Montana and Marino were? He's gotta be better than that.

Also ironic. Todd Blackledge was the worst QB from 1983 and the best TV guy.

Oh God that would be a dream come true. Then we could use one of our 1st's to trade up for the QB we like...

Cowboys released him. So technically he could I unretire and sign with another team.

Because Tony Romo has always had a hurt back.

I swear people say things just to say things on here. Romo is twice the QB Alex is or ever will be. Just because his career is ending is no reason to rewrite history to prove try to make a point.

Yeah, that would be the plan.

Romo is still a guy who couldn't get it done. End of story.

Literally and figuratively.

You think that doofus Romo will be any better?

I can hear him stammering already.

Red Dawg 04-04-2017 02:14 PM

He's done. Cowboys only released him because they had to after he signed a CBS contract.

It's over.

Mr. Laz 04-04-2017 02:18 PM

I think Jerry screwed him.

Dallas wouldn't release him and no team was going to trade for him. So Romo left football and forced the issue.

Yeah, he probably will be better.

Of course it looks bad when you're not executing. When things go bad, it's not going to look good.

Remember, for it to be a forward pass, it's got to go forward.

So many QBs throw the ball down the field, that's wrong. Watch Aaron Rodgers throw it up the field.

You better...buckle uh down and then tighten up to stop this passing game.

I haven't thought about it. I'm not capable of deep thinking.

I don't care what you think of Michael Vick - whether you think he's being mistreated or misused, or just think he's not that good, whatever. He can play for my team any day.

Playing well and winning the Super Bowl helped my credibility. Otherwise, when I'd give an opinion, people would say, What has he done? If I didnt win that Super Bowl, Id probably be coaching somewhere. TV would not be an option for me. So, (winning the Super Bowl) does help.

The more angles I see, the more confused I get.

As a quarterback, can you throw it where you are looking?

Hardly anything wrong can go bad.

Too much thinking is a bad thing sometimes.

The Denver Broncos are all child molesters.

Dan Patrick show plays a game called "Know Your Romo"

They play sound bites of him mumbling the same shit over and over again years apart and they have to guess the year.

Stupid game, stupid Romo
