I wouldn't want the draft to go much faster early on when the picks really matter, but at the end of the draft, if you draft a round or two late it doesn't matter so much.

The only reason I want to finish before the real games start is in case someone unknown plays better than expected. I don't want to reward some bird dogger who just happens to have a pick available.

So are the draft clocks going faster now?

Not that I can tell.

League 2 is at 1053, though.

League 1 has a draft clock of 10 minutes now.

League 2 has a draft clock of 18 minutes now.

We will still stop the draft clocks at night.

All drafting will be shut down just before the kickoff on Thursday.
