Just don't do it right before the gym but other than that...stroke it! I personally have a spike in libido right after lifting.

Ok another n00b question. I feel pretty lethargic right now like tonights lift really sapped all my energy.

I ate my protein shake but I feel like I could really go for a bowl of spaghetti.

Add some chicken to the top and it sounds legit. Need a good source of protein at every meal. You have to strive to always plan your meal around your protein source first.

It helps progress, actually. Ejaculation increases testosterone.
