Has anyone posted the attendance numbers of the Pro Bowl yet?

Eleazar 01-26-2015 09:56 PM

The NFL network is a colossal failure, because nobody watches the week's 54th rerun of NFL Total Access

They **** it up by not playing actual games, for instance play a 1991 Lions-Packers game.

JFC dude you suck at this.

You are one of the only two morons alive that thinks ku is on equal football footing. Ku owns hoops, but football will always be king and it drove realignment. None of these things are even arguable yet every day here you are.

And your NFL representation is still well below Mizzou's.

Combining both lists, the top-10 is evenly split, the top 20 is also evenly split, and the top-50 is MU 26/KU24. Of note: neither Kellen Winslow nor Gale Sayers made the combined top-10.

The 10th spot has 2 players tied at 63. So Missouri has 6 and Kansas has 5.

Fascinating numbers aren't they? I bet y'all didn't know that stuff so I'm glad to educate. A couple more:

All time pro bowls: Mizzou 48, Kansas 44
All time first team all pro: Kansas 16, Mizzou 13

How does Kansas get a guy like Chris Harris and not even have him get drafted? No wonder nobody wants to play there now.

Another reason why using pro success of players from a particular school is an idiotic metric, anyway.

It's important only to the extent that it can be used to recruit the next kid. I'll take Tim Tebow over Joe Flacco every time.

Sure, but in terms of "my school is better than yours," it doesn't really fit. An undrafted guy finally getting good coaching and being decent is far more an indictment on a program than a plus.

Absolutely. That's why the Andrew Wiggins deal is so funny. Dude was the hands down number one pick coming out of high school...the next LeBron. He goes to Kansas for a year, doesn't do shit, and he winds up going number 1 (but by this time, the shine is WAY less than it was when he came out of high school). Suddenly, Kansas fans want to beat their chests like the four months he spent in Lawrence was some sort of golden ticket, and the school should get credit from turning the number 1 pick in the draft into...the number 1 pick in the draft. It's laughable.

Congratulations on convincing the kid to hang out while he waited for the draft...shame Stanford shit on him. Those 4 points he scored in his moment to shine while the number 2 pick jaked it really launched his career...

lol, Andrew Wiggins averaged 17 and 6 and was one of the final 10 Naismith Player of the Year Finalists. He scored 41 points as a season high second only to Michael Beasley's 44 in freshman Big 12 play.

He left school as the #1 draft pick and is cruising his way to Rookie of the Year.

All the while he did this with the #3 draft pick drawing attention and spotlight away from him.

After Wiggins' departure another 2 McDonald's All American's came to Kansas where they are currently leading the team to an 11th straight Conference Championship.

Next year is lining up to be more of the same as Self looks to land another stellar draft class.

Your world is funny.
