I can only think of one better win (Armageddon at Arrowhead) and maaaaybe pounding the Huskers in their house in Prime time.

Hmmm. That KU\MU game...the Nebraska '07 game and the OU from a few years back prob beat this out...but this isn't far behind.

MU/KU at Arrowhead part 1 still has to be the best, just because of the rankings at the time. But this is up there.

I think I rank this win highly, because it announces Mizzou as a real player in this new conference. Last season was an aberration, not the norm. This will open some eyes.

Totally get it. Don't disagree.

Gonna be tough to beat that.

These are the types of wins with potentially huge recruiting implications.

agreed, although this one not only keeps us top 25, it moves us up significantly. Given the move up to the sec, this was a huge road win.

And yet, he's acting like he knew all along.

yup. After last season, this was a pretty important win.

RealSNR 10-12-2013 02:11 PM

That was an impressive win. ESPN was a bunch of dumbasses for not setting this up as a prime time game. I get the feeling that most of the country doesn't give a shit about Michigan or whichever terrible PAC12 team is going to get clobbered by Oregon.

Two ranked opponents from the best football conference. What was I missing here?
