That's not entirely correct. You can still get called for a penalty. I just didn't agree with the penalty called.

Again for the slow people. This Rice team had over 500 yards of offense and 31 points at Texas A&M 2 weeks ago. They had a bye last week so they had an extra week to prepare. KU's offense has stunk it up tonight for sure.
