I don't think that's it.

In accepting his invitation, Williams also did not sign off on having his medical records shared with all 32 teams, sources say.

The NFL has for years gotten complaints from draft prospects about the length of time for medical examinations as well as the redundancy of having doctors from all teams examine the same player and ask the same (or similar) questions.
.
.
.

ESPN first reported that Williams did not plan to do medical testing at the combine, and further reported he plans to submit to medical exams with teams with which he meets individually during the pre-draft process.
If I knew I were going to be a top-3 pick, I don't think I'd waste my time with medicals for every team either.

He's gonna be drafted by one of three different teams. No reason to get your medical record out there to everyone.

And he’s the first player to ever be in that situation?

No.

Trevor Lawrence, Andrew Luck… all guys who were guaranteed #1 overall draft picks and they still disclosed their medical records at the Combine.

Conspiracy theories have really taken off amongst everyone over the last 8 or so years.

I also think the phrase “conspiracy theory” gets thrown around too much.

Brock Bowers is intriguing...doesn't really seem to be a consensus on where he might go.

How far would he have to slip before you consider moving up for him?

The things Andy could draw up with him...pffffft....

Out of all the things we learned as kids, why did some of us choose to challenge that one? That's all I keep wondering when I hear about it.

6'3 245 essentially, it's weird how he doesn't look like he's that size at all.
