Single level.

They didn't replace the thermostat.

They sent some douche out here to look at it but who knows what he did.

At this point I'm done with the house in 9 months so who really cares...

You will the next few months or any MILF you bring over will

It's not like I CAN'T cool the house off. I just have to set it 3 degrees below the temperature I want it at. And rack up 70 KWh days like crazy.

If it cools more set at 3 degrees lower it can't be running all the time while set 3 degrees higher

Well the heat advisory that lasted three days officially ended an hour ago. Still hot tomorrow though depending on what part of the city you are in, and how far south the cold front gets.

81 for a high later this week though.

Get a ziplock bag full of ICE and put it on the back of your neck. Get some Jameson Irish Whiskey and some Dr. Pepper and pour it into a tall glass on the rocks while sitting in front of a fan.

You’re right on the last sentence but your numbers are lunacy.

68 on the half with my room

72 on the half with the kids Rooms

Dry heat here. It feels much different.

Plus it’s common when it’s set to 76 that it’s 30-35 degreees hotter outside for 4 months of the year. These are probably lower numbers than 90% of Phoenix residents.

We live in Phoenix as well (Scottsdale). We have it set at 70 during the day and 74 overnight lol.

Just depends how hot it is outside and when it kicks on.

When it kicks on, it won't shut off again until very late at night on days like yesterday.

I had it set to 75 yesterday. When I got home it was at 77 and I saw it actually go UP a degree before bed. So I cranked it down to 72. ROFL

If I set it to 80 today I bet I'll have an 82 degree house when I get home. It just won't kick on til later because it will take longer for the house to heat up to 80, obviously. But then it will take longer to cool it off in the evening, because it will have to go from 82 to 73.

Also, it's set to 73 and it's running RIGHT ****ING NOW AT 5:30 IN THE MORNING. LMAO

I know all about dry heat. I get 16 inches of annual precip. There is a periodic humid day but not often.

But I hate heat.
