I gave up my season tickets after the debacle of hiring Gunther. His last game where the Chiefs blew a 17-0 lead and lost the game and the division on a Joe Nedney FG in OT. Swore I'd never go back until they drafted a QB. So...

Today was my first trip inside the stadium since 01/02/2000. Sat in the gold level. Enjoyed a great day with friends. But that's about all. The game day experience is not what I remember. It gets loud like the old days. But it just wasn't that impressive to me.

The possibility certainly exists that it's me that's changed. I'm sure I'm not the same person who took his son to so many games. I'll take a day of watching baseball over that game today.

Although Darren Sproles is still awesome.

Parking in basically any major Californian city is horrid..

Hopefully Chiefs fans can take that little shithole stadium over next week.

When you consider about half of them were dolphins fans?

Also, they showed the owner on the videoboard and he was booed. Game 1
