This is a terrible way for any QB to end the season, especially one that was in the MVP conversation.
I hope he heals quickly and completely. |

Every ligament in Bridgewater's knee was torn. His upper leg completely separated from his lower leg. Had 911 responders not been on then scene within a few minutes, he would have died. Dumb****. |

Not a good look for the NFL when two of its rising young stars (Mariota and Carr) get hurt on the same day to end their seasons. |
I want to know why they were throwing the ball in that situation......
Up 19, 4th quarter. I mean, WTF were they thinking? |

Ya'll know nothing about Mcgloin. Raiders will rally behind him to grab the #2 seed. That is if the Chiefs can beat the Broncos. Heck they almost tied the Broncos last time they played while the Raiders dominated the Broncos with their run game. What games are ya'll watching?
CP = Chiefs are going to wrap up the Broncos while the Raiders are not! |

They aren't beating Denver with Mcgloin |

Your team has been propped up all year...by shitty officiating at crucial moments. I like Carr...but **** the NFL and their scripted bullsh#t...this karma is on them. They just lost their their dream marketing match-up of Oakland vs. Brady..boo f@cking hoo....guess pizza sales will be down this year. |

I LOVE IT!!!! The Fader suckage during the telecast yesterday was nauseating. If we win division it will be because we BEAT THEM TWICE......PERIOD!!!!!!!!! |

And, by the way, the point of my original post wasn't to say that Bridgewater or even Carr didn't suffer bad injuries. Of course they did. Anytime you break or dislocate anything, it's a big deal. The problem is when people(mostly media)start immediately dropping statements that talk about amputation or life and death, before the facts come out. That was the case with Bridgewater. When it happened people speculated that it was life threatening. Once he was fully checked out by actual doctors, there was no nerve or arterial damage revealed rendering earlier speculation that he was going to lose his leg or even die, as overdramatized.
|
Just heard they flew him into KU medical center where an amputation was performed immediately.

Why do I have this sharp pain in my gut that tells me McGloin will pick right up where Carr left off. he looked pretty good to me in the tapes I saw of him. He's a UFA after this year. Might be a blessing or us. If he goes off, maybe we sign him and this is our payback for the Gannon debacle
