No surprise the Patriots weren't picking up his option. It's what everyone expected the second we heard the details of his deal. I think most Pats fans realized that if he was coming back, it'd be on a lengthier contract, and not with a $25MM cap number for 2015.

Might as well hunt for Browner then.
