Geno, in your scenario, is obviiously the icing on the cake. Nabbing him buffers all other questionable moves.

If Albert is asking for too much money, or has health issues we don't know about, or if they simply don't like him as a player, moving him for two #2s while still getting Geno would be appealing.
That's the threshold for me to flip the "defer to authority" switch and become a true fan.
Replacing Albert with one of the #2s, getting another high pick AND Geno wouldn't be so bad to me.
