There were several things flashing very quickly but yes I got the same impression.

Well almost everybody there wanted Joffery dead for one reason or another except Cersei. So you have your pick.

Tywin knows he can barely control Joffery and Joffery already kicked off one war by being a moron. Say he insults Oberyn. Dorn was never conquered even by the Targaryens and their dragons. Dorn is powerful and rich. The Kingdoms coffers are empty they can't afford another war.

Tyrion hates Joffery and knows what a violent sociopath he is. Not to mention the way he treated Sansa who Tyrion at least respects.

Oberyn hates Lannisters and Joffery is a progeny of a Lannister. I don't think he would care if Joffery croaked since he seems to have a kill them all policy.

The Tryells know Joffery is a monster through Sansa. Lady Tyrell has shown herself to be a shrewd political manipulator and it is clear that Margary can't seduce Joffery because he is again a complete sociopath.

Varys would have the same reasons as Tywin. Joffery is an sociopathic moron who will probably start another war with someone.

Olenna Tyrell was mentioning to Sansa that only a coward would murder someone during a wedding. Not sure if she used the word coward, but as soon as she said that I knew someone was gonna die.
