I love when he talks about studying Rodgers/Manning/Brady/Brees and how much he has watched the game evolve into a chess match at the los.

Then he is humble on his Madden rating, and says that rookies need to start low and prove themselves.

Are my ears trying to fool me, or did Geno say his agent has already talked with the Chiefs...but was hesitant to talk about it and almost seemed like he wanted to change the subject?

He said he can't talk about it, but he trusts that his agent is out talking to the Chiefs.

I listen to their show everyday. It really seems they say anything negative (Or opposite of the majorities opinions) to get listeners.

This is what agents do.

Like in baseball. Some teams won't even deal with a Scott Boris client.

Agents represent their client on the business side.

If I was to invest a lot of money in buying out a company... you bet your ass I'd want to be in talks with the business side, rather than just buy out the company due to it's great product.

KC's on the clock. Can't they negotiate with whomever they want and even have a signed contract by draft day? No hurry, though...

Negotiate what? The contract is already set for what the #1 pick will get.

Basically what I took from the interview was that Geno's agent suggested him to not participate in the senior bowl and he listened to him.
They then tried to tell him to not participate in the Combine and he basically disagreed and committed anyway because he wants to shut up the haters.

That's what I took from the verbage anyway.
